Studies show that approximately 1 in 10 police officers have at least one complaint of misconduct filed against them, yet many continue to serve in their roles without consequences, often in the same communities where violations occur. 47% of healthcare workers nationwide report witnessing discrimination against patients- particularly based on race or ethnicity within their own facilities.
